We can provide a solution to an old problem, in that your locks are changed once with uncopyable keys. Your tenant will then pay a deposit to you for however many keys you give them. Upon moving out, if they don’t have one of the keys then the withheld deposit will pay for the new locks. Thus giving you and future tenants the peace of mind that previous tenants haven’t made copies.
